The heart behind Earth & Aura

Hello, I’m Laura.
You’re welcome here.

Earth & Aura is an invitation to slow down, listen inward and make a little space for yourself.

Through yoga, breathwork, sound and soulful practices, I create spaces for women to move, rest and connect. From pregnancy to motherhood, or simply finding your way back to yourself, my approach is gentle, intentional and rooted in community.
